The quick beetroot drink quenches the thirst for savory flavors in an especially mineral-rich way with less than 70 calories per glass.

Ingredients

  • 50 g onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 150 ml beetroot juice
  • 50 ml carrot juice
  • 3 chives
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into pieces and press them through a garlic press over a glass.

    Add the pressed garlic, stir in beetroot and carrot juices well, add ice cubes. Wash the chives, shake dry and garnish the drink with them.
