Quarkcream with Celery and Apple

Ingredients
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 200 g quark
- 3 celery stalks
- 2 Boskop apples
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 slices whole grain bread

Whisk the curry powder into 2 tbsp lukewarm water until smooth, then stir into the quark. Wash and trim the celery; dice one stalk finely and chop a bit of the green leaves. Halve the remaining stalks. Quarter the apples, remove cores, and grate them coarsely. Mix grated apples immediately with lemon juice. Fold the apple and celery pieces into the quark.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and garnish with celery sticks, serving alongside whole grain bread slices.
