Ingredients
- 600 g celery
- 100 ml hot milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Sea salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- nutmeg

Peel the celery and cut into cubes. Boil in salted water for 20-25 minutes until tender.

Press the cooked celery through a potato masher and let it steam to reduce moisture. Stir in hot milk and butter cubes, seasoning with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste. Serve the puree in small bowls, garnished with parsley.
