Ingredients
- 200 g blackberries
- 3 tbsp cassis
- 125 ml egg liqueur
- 50 g sugar
- 250 g quark
- 150 g yogurt
- 100 g whipping cream
- mint
Instructions

Wash the blackberries, pat dry with kitchen paper, drizzle with cassis and let stand for a few minutes.

Whisk the egg liqueur with sugar until creamy. Fold in the quark and yogurt. Whip the cream stiffly and fold in half of the blackberries.

Spread the quarkcream onto dessert bowls and garnish with the remaining blackberries. Serve garnished with mint.
