Ingredients

  • 200 g quark
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 EL powdered sugar
  • 300 g fresh cherries (pitted)
  • 30 ml cherry brandy
  • grated whole milk chocolate

Instructions

    Mix quark and powdered sugar, then whisk in the milk until smooth.

    Beat egg whites stiffly and gently fold into the cream. Mix pitted cherries with the cherry brandy.

    Fill 2/3 of the dessert cups with the cream, top with cherries, and place a dollop of quarkcream on each cherry. Garnish with grated chocolate and additional cherries. Serve chilled.
