Quark Cream

Ingredients

  • 500 g Low-fat quark
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 5 tbsp vanilla milk powder
  • 400 g whipping cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 can clementines
  • 1 pack mini choux pastries (with strawberry or chocolate filling)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

    Mix yogurt and quark with sugar and vanilla powder.

  2. 2.

    Whip the cream until stiff, fold in two-thirds of it, set aside the rest for garnish.

    Drain the clementines. Arrange some choux pastries on a bowl glass, pour a layer of cream over them, then place clementine segments and pastries on top and cover with more cream.

  4. 4.

    Dust generously with cocoa, garnish with remaining cream, refrigerate. Before serving dust again with cocoa.
