Ingredients

  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 300 g mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 chicory
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 5 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Wash, trim, halve, deseed the bell pepper, remove all white membranes and dice into small cubes.

    Trim, wash and slice the celery. Wash, pat dry and halve the tomatoes.

    Split the chicory leaves. Drain the mozzarella. Wash, shake dry and pluck the basil leaves.

    Whisk vinegar with mustard, sugar, salt and pepper; fold in the oil and taste. Toss salad ingredients with the vinaigrette and arrange on a plate.
