  • 4 small whole-grain bread slices
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • arugula leaf
  • 100 g quark
  • olive oil

Instructions

    Wash the arugula, shake dry and cut into strips.

    Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem end and slice them.
