Ingredients

  • 1 box garden cress
  • 2 small Shallots
  • 6 Radishes
  • 300 g quark
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • edible flowers (for garnish, e.g., pansies)

Instructions

    Harvest the cress with scissors, rinse in a sieve and pat dry.

    Peel the shallots and finely chop. Wash, clean, and dice the radishes into small cubes. Mix quark with crème fraîche and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Fold in the radishes and half of the cress. Spoon the mixture into bowls or glasses and garnish with remaining cress and edible flowers. Serve with fresh country bread.
