Ingredients

  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 60 g shredded coconut
  • 1 package phyllo dough (about 470 g)
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 300 g quark (20%)
  • 50 ml whipping cream
  • 40 g sugar

Instructions

  1. 1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Mix the powdered sugar and shredded coconut. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and stack the phyllo sheets on it, brushing each sheet with melted butter and sprinkling with the sugar-coconut mixture.

  2. 2.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, then let cool. While the dough is cooling, wash and clean the strawberries; finely dice half of them or chop them into small pieces, and slice the other half thinly.

  3. 3.

Combine the diced strawberries with quark, whipping cream, and sugar. Once the dough has cooled, cut it into small rectangles with a sharp knife. Lift the top layers of each rectangle, spread the strawberry quark mixture on the remaining layers, and top with strawberry slices. Reassemble the upper layers of phyllo on top.
