- 1 small ripe mango
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 150 g Low-Fat Quark
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp liquid honey

Toast coconut flakes without fat until light brown, then let cool.

Peel the mango and cut the flesh into thin strips away from the pit.

Stir the quark with lemon juice, half of the toasted coconut flakes, and honey. Arrange the quark on a plate with the mango strips and sprinkle with the remaining coconut flakes.
