Quark with Coconut and Citrus Fruits

Ingredients

  • 40 g coconut chips
  • 4 oranges
  • 2 pink grapefruits
  • 500 g low‑fat quark
  • 1 tbsp apple concentrate

Instructions

    Roast the coconut chips in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring until golden brown. Remove from the pan and let cool on a plate.

    While the chips are roasting, peel and fillet the oranges and pink grapefruits with a sharp knife, catching the juice and squeezing out the remaining pulp.

    Stir the quark with the collected orange and grapefruit juice, apple concentrate, and half of the coconut chips. Divide into four glasses, top each with orange and grapefruit fillets, and sprinkle with the remaining coconut chips.
