Quark-Mango Dessert with Oats

Ingredients

  • 80 g oatmeal (4 tbsp)
  • 400 g mango flesh (about 2 mangos)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 300 g low‑fat quark
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey

Instructions

    Toast the oats in a small nonstick pan without oil.

    Cut the mango flesh into 1 cm cubes and mix with 1 tbsp lemon juice.

  3. 3.

    Whisk together yogurt, quark, 3 tbsp oats, honey, and remaining lemon juice; season to taste.

    Layer alternating mango cubes and quark mixture in four glasses, then sprinkle the remaining oats on top.
