Ingredients

  • 500 g quark
  • 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 3 tbsp whipping cream (at least 30% fat)
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 40 ml rum
  • 2 stems Mint
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

    Whisk the quark with the vanilla syrup and whipping cream. Wash the pears, quarter them, remove the cores, set aside one quarter, and dice the rest into small cubes. Mix the cubes with the rum and let marinate for 20 minutes. Rinse the mint stems, dry them, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
