Quark with Blueberries

The recipe for creamy quark with blueberries from Spoonsparrow always turns out great and tastes good to everyone!

Ingredients

  • 500 g Blueberries
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Orange juice
  • 2 tbsp almond slivers
  • 400 g Low-fat quark
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

    Select, wash, and pat blueberries dry. Mix with 2 tbsp honey and orange juice. Let sit for about 10 minutes.

    Roast almonds in a pan without oil over medium heat for about 8–10 minutes, then let cool.

    Whisk quark with 2 tbsp honey and lemon juice until smooth. Layer the quark alternately with blueberries in glasses. Sprinkle almonds and cinnamon over the blueberry-quark layers.
