The Spirulina ice from Spoonsparrow is the perfect cooling treat in summer!

Ingredients

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 60 ml maple syrup
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • 30 g dark chocolate drops

Instructions

    Add coconut milk, maple syrup and spirulina powder to a blender and blend into a creamy mixture.

    Fold in the chocolate drops.

  3. 3.

    Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer for 3–4 hours. Stir the ice cream every 30 minutes during this time to keep it creamy.
