Plum Walnut Yogurt

Try the delicious plum walnut yogurt from Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 200 g plums
- 20 g coconut blossom sugar (1 tbsp)
- 60 ml apple juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 700 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 30 g walnut kernels (2 tbsp)
Instructions

Wash, pit and slice the plums into halves.

Caramelize the sugar in a pot over medium heat until golden brown, then deglaze with apple and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, add the plums, remove from heat and let cool.

Squeeze out 3–4 tbsp of plum juice and whisk it well into the yogurt. Chop the walnuts finely.

Distribute the fruit among four glasses, pour the yogurt over it, and sprinkle with walnuts.
