Ingredients

  • 4 sticks celery stalks
  • 3 Carrots
  • 300 g radishes
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp chives
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Wash and trim the celery stalks. Wash and peel the carrots. Wash and trim the radishes. Dice all vegetables into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

    In a bowl whisk together the yogurt and cream cheese. Fold in the diced vegetables and chives, then season with salt and pepper.
