Quark Ice Cream with Banana

Ingredients
- 300 g very ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 vanilla pod
- 300 g Low-fat quark
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder

Peel the bananas, slice them, and blend with lemon juice.

Split the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape out the seeds, and mix the vanilla with the quark and yogurt. Fold this mixture into the fruit puree. Take one-third of the mixture and enrich it with cocoa.

Alternately fill four molds with the light banana-quark mixture and the dark cocoa-enhanced mixture, inserting a wooden stick in each. Freeze for 4–5 hours. To serve, immerse the molds in a hot water bath and carefully remove them.
