Ingredients
- 250 g brown sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 drops vanilla aroma
- 60 ml coffee liqueur
- raspberries (for garnish)

Add the sugar with about 500 ml water to a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2-4 minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Mix the cocoa with 4 tbsp cold water and the vanilla, then add it to the sugar-water mixture and bring to a boil again. Remove from heat, stir in the liqueur, and let the liquid cool. Finish the mixture in an ice cream maker or freeze in a freezer for about 5 hours, stirring once every half hour so that large crystals do not form.
