Ingredients
- 2 pears
- 1 tbsp lemon juice and butter per pear
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp pear brandy
- 300 g starchy potatoes (from yesterday)
- 100 g flour
- 150 g Low-Fat Quark
- a pinch of salt
- 1-2 eggs (medium size)
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- 3 tbsp clarified butter
- zucchini-cinnamon mixture
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions

Quarter the pears, peel, core and cut into wedges. Heat butter in a pan. Briefly sauté the pears. Add powdered sugar and lemon juice and steam the pears for a short time. Add pear brandy and transfer the pears to a bowl. Let cool.

Grate the potatoes finely. Mix with flour, quark, a pinch of salt, eggs and raisins into a smooth dough. Shape small dumplings from the potato dough. Heat clarified butter and fry the dumplings until golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar and serve garnished with pears and mint.
