Ingredients

  • 2 pears
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice and butter per pear
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp pear brandy
  • 300 g starchy potatoes (from yesterday)
  • 100 g flour
  • 150 g Low-Fat Quark
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1-2 eggs (medium size)
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • 3 tbsp clarified butter
  • zucchini-cinnamon mixture
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Quarter the pears, peel, core and cut into wedges. Heat butter in a pan. Briefly sauté the pears. Add powdered sugar and lemon juice and steam the pears for a short time. Add pear brandy and transfer the pears to a bowl. Let cool.

    Grate the potatoes finely. Mix with flour, quark, a pinch of salt, eggs and raisins into a smooth dough. Shape small dumplings from the potato dough. Heat clarified butter and fry the dumplings until golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar and serve garnished with pears and mint.
