Ingredients
- 1 Mango
- 1 Organic lemon
- 400 g quark (20% fat)
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 pinch Vanilla powder
- 200 g whipping cream
- 2 stems lemon balm
Instructions

Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit and finely puree. Wash the lemon hot, dry rub it and grate the zest. Mix the quark with maple syrup, vanilla powder, mango purée and grated lemon zest until smooth.

Whip the cream to half‑firm peaks and fold in. Divide into serving bowls and garnish with small mango slices and lemon balm before serving.
