Ingredients
- 400 g penne
- Salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 anchovy fillets (in salt)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g diced tomatoes (canned)
- 40 g capers
- 100 g black olives (pitted)
- chili powder
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Peel the garlic. Rinse and pat dry the anchovies. Heat the oil in a pan, press in the garlic and add the anchovies. Fry for 2-3 minutes over high heat until the anchovies dissolve. Add the tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, drain the capers and black olives. Roughly chop the olives, add both to the tomatoes, and let them heat for 2-3 minutes. Season the sauce with salt, chili powder, and pepper.

Drain the pasta and rinse briefly. Plate it and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
