Pasta with Shrimp and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 400 g macaroni
- 250 g pre-cooked shrimp
- 800 g tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp Sour cream

Cook the macaroni al dente according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain. Wash and pat dry the shrimp. Quickly blanch the tomatoes in hot water, cool them, peel, quarter, seed, and dice.

Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves, sauté in hot oil until fragrant, add the shrimp and cook briefly. Stir in the diced tomatoes and let simmer gently on low heat just to meld flavors. Season with lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss in the drained pasta, drizzle sour cream over the top, and serve.
