Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- Salad
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 handful Parsley (about 30 g)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Pepper (from the grinder)
- Freshly grated Parmesan (optional)

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

Peel the garlic cloves and slice them thinly. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pick off leaves, and cut into fine strips.

Heat the olive oil in a hot pan and sauté the garlic until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, then toss in the drained spaghetti (add a little cooking water if needed) along with the parsley, and serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
