The Purple Smoothie Bowl from Spoonsparrow is a wonderfully cool breakfast on warm summer days and protects you from free radicals thanks to the blueberries!

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 450 g Blueberries
  • 100 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 100 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 140 g Fine Rolled Oats
  • 50 g Raspberries
  • 20 g Coconut Chips

Instructions

    Peel the banana, cut it into pieces and freeze for five hours or overnight.

  2. 2.

    The next day. Blend the frozen bananas, 400 g blueberries, yogurt, milk and rolled oats in a blender until smooth.

    Divide the puree into four bowls and garnish with the remaining blueberries and coconut chips. Then serve.
