Berry Chia Pudding with Yogurt

Berry Chia Pudding with Yogurt from Spoonsparrow tastes just as good for breakfast as it does for dessert.

Ingredients

  • 14.1 oz Strawberries
  • 14.1 oz Quark (20% fat in milk)
  • 0.23 oz Chia seeds (2 tsp)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3.5 oz Redcurrants
  • 3.5 oz Yogurt (3.5% fat) (4 tbsp)

Instructions

    Wash and clean the strawberries. Puree about 5.8 oz of them with quark, chia seeds, and honey. Let it swell in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Stir afterwards.

    In the meantime, slice the remaining strawberries, setting aside some. Wash the redcurrants and pluck them from the stems.

    Line 4 small glasses with strawberry slices and fill with pudding. Drizzle with yogurt and garnish with the reserved strawberry slices and redcurrants.
