Ingredients

  • 1 kg pumpkin flesh (e.g., muskmelon)
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • 200 g porcini mushrooms
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • chopped parsley

  • fresh green pepper (or from the jar)

Instructions

    Cut the pumpkin flesh into pieces. In a non‑stick pan, heat oil and brown lightly for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and add a splash of water. Cover and steam almost cooked for another 5 minutes. Remove the lid and let all liquid evaporate. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into bite‑sized pieces. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Add the mushrooms to the pumpkin and cook golden brown for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and transfer to a bowl.
