Provence Herb Chicken Schnitzel

Ingredients

  • 1 bundle of Provence herbs (rosemary, thyme, lavender, marjoram)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 schnitzels (pork, lamb or turkey)

Instructions

    Wash the Provence herbs, finely chop the leaves or needles and mix with olive oil. Squeeze in peeled garlic cloves and season with pepper. Turn the schnitzels in the marinate, cover and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours.

    Heat a pan over medium heat, pat the schnitzels dry with paper towels and fry each side for 2–3 minutes, seasoning with salt.
