Ingredients

  • 50 g Pine nuts
  • 1.2 kg picanha (beef, tail cut with fat cap)
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

    Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) with both top and bottom heat.

    Finely chop half of the pine nuts. Wash the meat, pat it dry, and sear it in hot oil on all sides until browned. Rub the roast with salt, pepper, and the chopped pine nuts, then place it on a rack in the preheated oven and cook for about 50-60 minutes, depending on desired doneness.

    Remove from the oven, let rest briefly, slice, and sprinkle with the remaining pine nuts before serving.
