Ingredients

  • 125 g unsweetened thick milk (0 cups; 1.5%)
  • Sweetener or salt (and pepper)
  • 1 tbsp chives rolls
  • 2 slices crispbread
  • 10 g semi-fat butter (or margarine)
  • 40 g Edam cheese (2 slices; 30% fat in whole)
  • 30 g beer ham (2 slices)
  • 50 g tomatoes (1 tomato)

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Sweeten the thick milk or season it with salt and pepper. Fold in the chives rolls or sprinkle them over the thick milk.

  2. 2.

    Spread the fat on the crispbread slices, top one with cheese, the other with beer ham, and garnish with sliced tomatoes.

    Add the chives to the tomatoes if you sweetened the thick milk.
