Ingredients
- 8 red chili peppers
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns
- 1 tbsp green peppercorns
- 250 ml plant oil (e.g., olive oil)

Rinse the chilies, cut half of them lengthwise and leave the other half whole. Place the chili peppers, green and black peppercorns in the oil, seal well, and store for about 3 weeks in a cool dark place.

Strain the finished oil through a sieve and keep it in a bottle or screw‑top jar.
