  • 400 g quark
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 2 EL whipping cream
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 EL chives (rosettes)
  • 2 EL chervil (chopped)
  • 2 EL parsley (chopped)
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • edible flowers for garnish (e.g., nasturtium blossoms)

Instructions

    Wash potatoes and steam them in the skin for about 30 minutes.
