- 600 g Potatoes
- 400 g quark
- 100 g yogurt
- 2 EL whipping cream
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 EL chives (rosettes)
- 2 EL chervil (chopped)
- 2 EL parsley (chopped)
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- edible flowers for garnish (e.g., nasturtium blossoms)
Instructions

Wash potatoes and steam them in the skin for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile peel and finely chop garlic. Whisk together quark, yogurt, and cream until smooth. Fold in chives and chervil, season with salt and pepper.
