Ingredients

  • 500 g asparagus
  • 500 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 400 ml Poultry broth
  • 2 tbsp chervil leaves
  • 100 g whipping cream
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 tbsp sauce binder

    Add turkey, cream, chervil, lemon zest and juice to asparagus, bring to boil and thicken with sauce binder, taste and serve.
