- 1 kg small, waxy potatoes
- 20 g butter
- pepper (crushed)
- 150 g grated Fontina cheese
- 4 Spring Onions

Wash the potatoes and steam them for about 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to grill mode.

Let the potatoes drain and place them in a baking dish. Distribute butter crumbs over them, season with pepper, and sprinkle with cheese. Grill for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into rings.
