Porcini Mushrooms with Parmesan

Hardly any carbs but plenty of flavor packed in the porcini mushrooms with Parmesan from Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 400 g small porcini mushrooms
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 50 g parmesan (whole piece)
- Salt
- Pepper

Clean the mushrooms, slice them lengthwise, quickly sauté in 2 tbsp olive oil, then let cool.

Drizzle with remaining oil, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle grated parmesan on top. Serve porcini mushrooms with Parmesan.
