A spicy potato-carrot cocktail with pleasant heat. Carrots provide more than the daily requirement of provitamin A – good for skin & vision.

Ingredients

  • 200 g potatoes (2 potatoes)
  • 250 g radish (1 piece)
  • 200 g carrots (2 carrots)
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Peel, wash and halve the potatoes.

  2. 2.

    Wash the radish thoroughly under running water. Dry, clean, cut off two thick slices and roughly chop the rest.

  3. 3.

    Cut the radish slices into strips or cubes as desired.

  4. 4.

    Wash, peel thinly and wash the carrots. Juice the carrots with the potatoes and radish pieces in a juicer. Pour into a glass, stir in rapeseed oil and garnish the juice with radish strips or cubes.
