- 1 Vanilla bean
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 6 sheets white gelatin
- 300 g yogurt
- 350 g blueberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 splash apple juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
