Ingredients

  • 600 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 4 strawberries
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey (add more or less to taste)

Instructions

    Bring the milk with the vanilla sugar and oats to a boil, then simmer gently for 10-15 minutes while stirring occasionally until the oats have absorbed the liquid and a smooth porridge has formed. Add more milk if desired. Divide into bowls.

    Wash and pat dry the berries. Trim and halve the strawberries, then arrange them on top of the porridge along with the blueberries. Sweeten with honey to taste.
