Ingredients
- 250 g Basmati rice
- 500 g broccoli florets
- Salt
- 600 g pork fillet (pre‑cooked)
- 1.5 cm fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp soy oil
- 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp light sesame seeds
Instructions

Cook the rice in 500 ml boiling salted water.

Wash, trim and blanch the broccoli florets in boiling salted water for 5–6 minutes. Drain, shock in cold water and let drain well.

Rinse the meat, pat dry, trim and cut into thin strips.

Peel and finely grate the ginger.

In a hot wok with oil sear the pork pieces on all sides until crisp. Remove and set aside. Add broccoli and ginger to the wok, sauté briefly, return the pork and mix in hoisin sauce, seasoning to taste.

Plate over rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
