  • 200 g Parma ham (preferably San Daniele, very thinly sliced)
  • 1 melon (Charentais melon)
  • 8 figs
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Halve the melon, remove the seeds, slice into thin strips and peel. Wash the figs and make crosswise slashes.

    Gather the individual ham slices into small clusters. Arrange on 1-2 plates and sprinkle with pepper before serving.
