- 2 handfuls young spinach
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 baguette
- 200 g Parma ham (in slices)
- pepper (from the mill)

Wash, trim, and dry spin the spinach. Whisk together lemon juice, honey, and olive oil in a bowl. Fold in the spinach.

Quarter the baguette and make longitudinal cuts on each quarter. Fill with spinach and ham slices. Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
