- 600 g Kasslerfilet (pariert)
- 8 Tomaten
- 1 EL Puderzucker
- 1 Bund Frühlingszwiebeln
- 500 g kleine Kartoffeln
- 300 g grüne Bohnen
- 1 Römersalatherz
- 2 EL süß-scharfe Chilisauce
- 4 EL Öl
- 2 EL Honig
- 2 EL Weißer Balsamico Essig
- 1 Bund Kerbel
- Salz
- Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)

Wash tomatoes, quarter them and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with 1 EL oil. Dry in the oven at 100 °C for about 1 hour.

Place Kassler in the last 20 minutes onto the tray.

Wash potatoes and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes until tender. Drain and halve them.

Wash, trim and cut spring onions diagonally into pieces. Wash beans, trim and blanch in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes until just firm. Add spring onions in the last minute. Drain and combine with potatoes in a bowl. Mix in chili sauce, 1 EL honey, Balsamico and remaining oil; let rest.

Remove meat from oven and brush with remaining honey. Toss in chopped dill and cut into 12 roughly equal pieces. Skewer onto grill sticks.

Wash, trim Roman lettuce and arrange on plates with the marinated vegetables. Add tomatoes and place skewers on top.
