- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 200 g Cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp chopped thyme leaves
- 8 slices whole wheat bread (with seeds)
- edible flowers (as desired: nasturtium, pansy, herb blossoms, dandelion...)
Instructions

Stir the cream cheese with lemon juice and thyme leaves, season with salt and pepper to taste.
