  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tbsp chopped thyme leaves
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread (with seeds)
  • edible flowers (as desired: nasturtium, pansy, herb blossoms, dandelion...)

Instructions
