Ingredients
- 250 g spelt whole‑grain flour
- 1 egg
- 80 g Butter
- 80 g agave syrup
- 1 sachet Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (30% fat)
- 1 sachet poppy seed mix (ready‑made)
Instructions

Knead all ingredients except the poppy seed mix into a smooth dough, shape into a ball, wrap in foil and chill for about 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into two equal pieces and roll each on a floured surface to a 3–4 mm thick rectangle. Spread the poppy seed mix over it and roll up from the long side into a tight log.

Cut logs into ~5 mm wide slices, place on parchment‑lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas 2–3) for about 18 minutes until golden yellow. Remove cookies and let cool.
