Ingredients

  • 1 bundle vegetable stock greens
  • Salt
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 pot basil
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 4 tbsp parmesan
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Clean and wash the vegetable stock greens, then cut into fine strips. Boil in lightly salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.

    Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

    Peel the garlic. Tear basil leaves from stems. Grate parmesan. Drain spaghetti, reserving some pasta water.
