Popcorn Muesli with Raisins

Crunchy-fruity breakfast boost for a great start to the day, featuring popcorn, buckwheat, sesame, amaranth, oats, raisins, yogurt or milk, and fresh fruit.
Ingredients
- 100 g buckwheat
- 70 g sesame (7 tbsp)
- 50 g popcorn corn (2.5 tbsp)
- 50 g puffed amaranth
- 100 g delicate rolled oats
- 50 g raisins (4 tbsp)
- 200 g yogurt or 200 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 150 g finely chopped fruit

Add buckwheat and sesame to a non-stick pan without oil. Roast over medium heat while stirring for about 4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let cool slightly.

Add corn to the pan, cover, and heat over medium while constantly shaking until all kernels pop into popcorn.

Combine the popped corn with puffed amaranth, oats, and raisins in the bowl with buckwheat and sesame. Mix well, transfer to a storage jar, seal tightly, and keep in a cool place.

For serving, pour 3 tbsp (30 g) of muesli per portion into a bowl, top with yogurt or milk, and add fresh seasonal fruit.
