Pomegranate juice with ginger and lemon from Spoonsparrow is good for the body, entirely healthy and deliciously refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 4 pomegranates
  • 25 g Ginger (1 piece)
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Halve the pomegranates and juice them using a citrus press like oranges.

    Peel the ginger and grate finely.

    Juice the lemon, mix with the grated ginger, and add to the pomegranate juice.

    Finally stir in the honey. Serve immediately.
