Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 young carrots
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 Banana
  • 400 ml carrot juice
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 200 ml orange juice

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Peel the carrots and set aside. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the cores, and dice the flesh. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.

    Add the apple cubes, banana pieces, carrot juice, and honey to a blender and blend until smooth.

    Stir in the orange juice and pour into 4 glasses. Garnish each glass with a slice of carrot and serve.
