Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 250 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 150 g skyr
  • 40 g delicate oatmeal flakes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Linseed oil

Instructions

    Wash the apple, peel it, quarter it and remove the core. Cut the flesh into large pieces.

    Peel the banana, break it into large chunks and add it with the apple to the blender. Add milk, skyr, oatmeal, cinnamon and linseed oil and blend until smooth.
